At the studio we received an email from an art buyer interested in images of the water. So on the way to the studio the next day (yesterday) I stopped off at a little section of the bay and spent about 30 minutes shooting. Here is what I came up with.

SF Homeless

Truth be told I'm not so sure how this whole "blog" aspect of life works. In all honesty I only read a handful of blogs. This of course presents the question why am I blogging? Well, because I care.

I care about our planet, I care about people, I care about the mark I leave on this earth. So this blog is going to be the home of my new work. I've made the choice to donate my time and skills to creating work that will hopefully make people take a second look and think about the state of the world around them.

So for my first entry here are a few shots that started this idea. The other day I was helping out with a travel photography workshop in San Francisco. It was also a welcome excuse to get out from behind the computer and take some photos.

While walking around the city with a few students in tow I couldn't help but notice the alarming homeless population. Please stay tuned for more on this topic.
